We are herewith inviting you to the first HAL4SDV Face to Face meeting, taking place in the Vienna Filmquartier on 25th and 26th of September (Filmquartier Wien, Schönbrunner Straße 31, 1050 Wien).

Please note that the number of participants is limited to 100. We are therefore kindly asking for one representative per organization. Further seats (max. one additional) are on availability (first come, first serve). If the total number of participants is exceeding 100, we will arrange a parallel room at TTC, following online. Further participants from your organization are of course invited to follow online. 

The meeting fee includes costs for the location incl. the necessary technical equipment, catering for 2 days and social event and sums up to EUR 315 (net). Due to organizational reasons, it is not possible to have 1-day tickets. Please use your »ticket code« to buy your ticket.
